Position: Full-Time/ Part time Dental Assistant Location: Lake Forest Park, WA Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment. Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures including restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, implant procedures, and other general dental treatments. Take digital X-rays and assist with scans/impressions. Ensure proper infection control and sterilization protocols are followed. Help patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and informed throughout their visit. Support scheduling, patient flow, and front desk as needed. Assist with treatment presentation and coordination when needed. Work closely with the doctor and team to maintain smooth daily operations. Be open to learning and assisting with digital dentistry workflows including scanners, digital records, and modern technology. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-first mindset Comfortable working in both clinical and front office support as needed Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a strong plus Experience with digital X-rays and dental software preferred Interest in or willingness to learn digital dentistry Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with implants, prosthodontics, or specialty dentistry is a plus but not required What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: Brings energy and enthusiasm to the team Enjoys helping patients feel cared for Has a strong work ethic and takes initiative Communicates well with team members and patients Is open-minded, adaptable, and eager to grow Values teamwork and a supportive work environment Why Join our team?
