Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Arlington, WA
We are a general dental practice in Smokey Point, WA looking for a full-time dental assistant 4 days a week. A strong work ethic, multitasking, excellent patient and communication skills are a must. We are a paperless, all digital office. Knowledge in Open Dental is a plus. 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred. Daily Job Description: - Take x-rays - Sterilize Instruments - Disinfect and set up operatory room - Update medical history and records - Assist dentist chair side with all procedures (prophy, filling, crown/bridge, root canal, extraction, implants, etc) - Communicate patient needs and treatment - Oral hygiene and post op instructions - Manage supply and inventory - Maintain office cleanliness This is a family-oriented practice with an emphasis on quality care. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday with no weekend or long hours. Great pay. Compensation is based on experience.
