What Youâll Do: Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans Help provide a comfortable, positive patient experience Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Support sterilization and infection control protocols Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to keep schedules running smoothly What Weâre Looking For: Dental assisting experience is required - at least 2 years Strong communication and patient care skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Organized, dependable, and detail oriented Passion for continued learning and excellence Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health and safety regulations Dentrix experience is a big plus High school diploma required; graduation from a dental assisting program preferred What Makes Our Office Special: Multi-doctor, collaborative environment Dentrix software Updated technology and digital workflows Supportive doctors and experienced team Weekly team meetings Fun team-building activities (we actually enjoy them!)
