Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Verify Insurance Treatment Plan Schedule and confirm patient appointments Maintain and manage patient records and accounts Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental services Process patient payments and insurance claims Requirements: At least 2-3 years of a front desk position at a Dental office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Dentrix is a plus!
