About the Role As our Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face patients and families see when they walk through our doors and the last impression they carry out. This is a relationship-driven, high-energy role where your warmth, organization, and professionalism directly shape the patient experience every single day. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming patients with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone from the first hello Managing scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently Building meaningful relationships with new patients and their families from the very first visit Communicating fluently in both English and Spanish with our diverse patient community Answering phones, responding to texts and emails, and handling appointment inquiries with care Verifying insurance benefits and guiding patients through their coverage clearly and confidently Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting all front-office administrative processes Collaborating with our clinical team to deliver a seamless, world-class orthodontic experience Proactively identifying ways to optimize the schedule and improve the patient experience What We’re Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) A natural people-person with a warm, welcoming personality Reliable, punctual, and someone the whole team can count on Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure A confident multitasker who stays focused in a busy environment A true team player who brings positive energy and lifts others up Proactive and solutions-oriented.
