Blue3D Dental Lab is a boutique digital laboratory specializing exclusively in full-arch implant restorations. We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions (RDAEF) to support our clients chairside, traveling to partner offices to perform digital scans and assist with the delivery of All-on-X full-arch cases. This is a clinical, hands-on role for someone who already understands implant prosthetics and wants to work at the leading edge of digital full-arch dentistry.

About the Role

You will be our point person in the operatory, working directly alongside our clinicians and their teams across multiple offices. You will capture the digital records that drive our cases and help ensure deliveries go smoothly chairside. We will train you on our specific digital workflow, but you must already be comfortable around implants and full-arch prosthetics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner dental offices to perform digital intraoral scans for full-arch cases
• Assist chairside with the delivery of All-on-X full-arch restorations
• Manage implant-level and multi-unit abutment components
• Handle screws intraorally with confidence and precision
• Troubleshoot fit, seating, and prosthetic issues at delivery
• Perform chairside repairs and adjustments to temporary/provisional arches
• Communicate clearly with doctors and their teams to keep cases on track

Requirements

• Active RDAEF (Extended Functions) license — required, no exceptions
• Working knowledge of dental implants and multi-unit abutments
• Experience handling screws intraorally
• Ability to troubleshoot prosthetic issues chairside
• Experience repairing temporary/provisional arches
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices
• Strong communication skills and a professional, calm chairside presence

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with All-on-X or full-arch immediate-load protocols
• Familiarity with intraoral scanners (we will train on our specific workflow)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
