Seeking Dental Assistant for our Biltmore area dental practice

At Calaway Dental, we're looking for a dependable, long-term Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. If you have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and are proficient with Dentrix, we'd love to meet you. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while assisting with a wide variety of procedures in a fast-paced, modern dental practice.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Optional weekend hours available for those interested

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Chart treatment and clinical notes accurately in Dentrix
• Provide exceptional patient care and education
• Manage clinical workflow efficiently and support team success
• Take initiative and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

Our Practice Offers Experience In:

• Dental implants
• Endodontic procedures
• Cosmetic dentistry and veneers
• Crowns and bridges
• Surgical extractions
• Digital dentistry and modern technology

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (Required)
• Experience assisting with implants, endodontics, and surgical procedures is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Dentrix software (Preferred)
• Current radiography certification (Required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
