What You'll Do

• Deliver expanded functions at the top of your Arizona license, with accuracy and care
• Provide chairside assistance that makes the doctor faster and the patient calmer
• Take ownership of your operatory, sterilization, and setups
• Help patients understand their care so they say yes to the dentistry they need
• Set up the next person to succeed — because that's how this team runs

What You Bring

• Current Arizona EFDA certification (coronal polish, sealants, and expanded functions per AZ scope)
• X-ray certification and CPR/BLS current
• A genuine, warm chairside manner — patients feel it
• Coachability: you can take a teaching moment, apply it, and build on it
• Reliability and a teammate-first mindset

The Details

• Pay: $24–$28/hr, depending on experience
• Bonuses: Daily team production bonus (averaging ~$15/day, up to ~$45/day at max) plus monthly bonuses
• Team Goal Bonus — we win together: When the practice hits its monthly collection goals, the whole team shares in the win as a percentage of what we produce together. The higher we climb, the more there is to share — and because it's a percentage of collection, the payout keeps growing as the team performs. The better we do, the bigger everyone's slice. You share directly in the results of work you helped create.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (yes — three-day weekends, every week)
