Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant Floater
Part-time employee Tues - Weds 7:45 am to 5pm (Possibility to expand schedule in the future)

Your Role:

We’re seeking a skilled, reliable and enthusiastic DA or RDA who is cross-trained in front office procedures to support our dentists and hygienists to elevate the patient experience. If you’re passionate about oral health and love working in a fast-paced, friendly setting, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Assist during dental procedures including exams, fillings, and crowns
Take digital dental X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Break down and set-up hygiene rooms
Relieve team members for breaks
Restock treatment rooms
Post treatment complete and enter treatment plans
Valid California X-ray license
Radiographic Safety certifications
Familiarity with Open Dental and digital x-rays a plus
Patient check-in & out
Answer phones
Collect co-pays
Send insurance claims and follow-up
