Dental Assistant Full Time - Brooklane Family Dental - Hueytown, AL

We're a busy, private, single-doctor practice and we're looking for an upbeat, energetic dental assistant to join our team. If you take pride in your work, love connecting with patients, and want to keep growing your clinical skills — we'd love to meet you. This is a hands-on role with real variety. You'll work chairside across a wide range of procedures — restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric care, and more — in an office that genuinely values your input. We're patient-focused first — no quotas, no pressure, just good dentistry. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Chairside support across a full range of procedures Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns and restorations Capture digital radiographs and intraoral scans, including CEREC Chart procedures and maintain accurate clinical records Set up and turn over treatment rooms with care and efficiency Deliver post-op instructions and connect warmly with patients Uphold strict infection control protocols Pitch in wherever the team needs you WHAT YOU BRING 1+ year of chairside dental assisting experience Solid clinical skills across a variety of procedures Comfortable with digital x-rays, intraoral scanning, and modern dental technology A calm, friendly presence with patients and coworkers Dependable, punctual, and able to keep pace in a busy practice SCHEDULE Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (one hour lunch) Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (one hour lunch) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Starting at $19/hour — based on your experience and qualifications Health insurance (we pay half for employee coverage) Vision benefit In-house dental benefit for you and your family Paid time off and paid holidays Uniform allowance Ongoing in-office training Continuing education support Come share your enthusiasm and positive energy with us.
