Overview We are looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our practice! Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health status. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness in patient records. Utilize Eaglesoft software for managing patient information and scheduling appointments. Assist in pediatric cleanings when necessary, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients. Maintain infection control standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and office operations. Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities. Experience A valid Dental Hygienist license is required. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in using dental systems such as Eaglesoft is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages, including children. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
