Welcome to Ladybug Kids Dental! We are an established state-of-the-art children’s dental office seeking a compassionate Pediatric or General Dentist to join our team! Position is for Fridays with a possibility of adding more days in the future if desired. Hours are 8am-5pm We provide our doctors with a competitive guaranteed base pay of $800-1200 per day or 35% of treatment collection, whichever is higher. Ladybug Dentists can earn over $2000 a day with our competitive commission model. We are a fast growing office and have amazing experienced assistants who will make working here feel great and rewarding. We have rubber dam and dryshield available. Our office is modern, completely digital/chartless, utilizes digital radiography, n2o built-in, intra-oral cameras, and we have ceiling-mounted TV's in each operatory for patient enjoyment. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental examinations on infants, children, teens, and young adults. Diagnose and treat dental conditions, diseases, and developmental issues specific to pediatric dentistry. Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and pulpotomies, on primary and permanent teeth. Monitor dental development and address orthodontic concerns in pediatric patients. Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary habits, and preventive dental care. Create a positive and supportive dental experience for pediatric patients, alleviating dental anxiety and fear. Collaborate with pediatricians, orthodontists, and other healthcare professionals to address comprehensive healthcare needs. Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols. Certifications and Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid California state dental license to practice dentistry. Pediatric residency certificate (if applicable) CPR certification. Must be a Denti-cal provider Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. Seeking long term position with us.
