We are looking for a dental assistant with a great attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to join our enthusiastic and friendly team! Our practice has an immediate need for a dental assistant. Completion of dental assisting program and certifications are a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is ready to begin their career in dentistry. If you are a “people person,” we want to hear from you! Our office hours are Mon-Thurs, 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break), and Friday, 8am-1pm. Schedule: Monday – Thursday (9 AM – 5 PM); Friday (8 AM – 1 PM); CLOSED Saturday & Sunday Dental assistants will prep exam rooms and patients for dental treatments, assist dentist performing dental care procedures, including but not limited to extractions, fillings, restorative work, implants, and root canals, and review post-op instructions and care. Qualifications: Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients Excellent patient communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Experience in customer service/patient care a plus Detail oriented Takes direction well Works well in a team environment Currently enrolled or interested in enrolling in a dental assisting program Certified Dental Assistant a bonus Benefits: Full time eligible for 401K, group rate health insurance, and others.
