What You'll Do Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings Take digital radiographs as needed Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and proper hygiene techniques Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to support comprehensive treatment planning and patient care Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit What We're Looking For Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license Dental Hygienist Local Anesthesia Permit preferred, but not required Current CPR certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education abilities Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team Experience with digital radiography (Dexis) and Dentrix preferred What We Offer We are committed to fostering a positive and supportive workplace where team members feel valued, respected, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.
