NOW HIRING: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Full-Time or Part-Time Available Neff Dentistry Are you a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant looking to join a friendly and patient-focused dental team? Neff Dentistry is seeking a skilled RDA to help provide exceptional care and create positive experiences for our patients. What You'll Do: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Educate patients on post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and charting Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines Assist with scheduling, treatment planning, and other clinical duties as needed What We're Looking For: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license/certification Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with dental software and digital radiography preferred Commitment to providing outstanding patient care Why Join Neff Dentistry?
