Now Hiring: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team! This position works 3 days per week between our beautiful offices in Layton and North Ogden . As one of the first people our patients meet, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience and helping families begin their orthodontic journey. Primary Responsibilities: Welcome and assist new patients during their initial visit Complete patient intake and collect necessary information Take patient records, including photos and scans Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For: Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Strong organizational and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous dental or orthodontic experience is preferred but not required Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply and are a tremendous asset to our team.
