Position Highlights: Split schedule across 3 busy, established locations. Strong, experienced clinical and administrative teams in place. Consistent new patient flow and active recall base. Fully equipped operatories with modern technology. Compensation & Earnings: Competitive compensation structure ( base + 35% of adjusted production ). High earning potential with steady patient demand. Opportunity for strong daily production in established offices. Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry: Restorative, crowns & bridges, fillings. Preventive and basic surgical procedures. Flexibility to expand into procedures based on experience and comfort. Internal referral network for specialty support. What Weâre Looking For: DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts. Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills. Comfortable working across multiple locations. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality patient care.
