Sikora Dental Aesthetics is looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant / Sleep Apnea Coordinator to join our team in Novi. We are a fee-for-service practice that believes dentistry should be personal, comprehensive, and focused on excellence. This unique role combines clinical dental assisting with coordination of our sleep apnea treatment program. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with patients. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols Take radiographs and assist with patient education Coordinate sleep apnea consultations, treatment, billing, and follow-up care Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers Help ensure seamless and exceptional patient experience Qualifications Dental assisting experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with sleep apnea treatment is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right person Why Join Our Team?
