We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. our schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, hours are 9:00am to 5:00 pm Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am-3:00 pm Saturday. The ideal candidate will be experienced in dental office administration and proficient with Open Dental software . Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Collect patient payments and manage account balances Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Handle incoming calls, emails, and other administrative tasks Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office role Proficient with Open Dental software Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and claims submission Experience in presenting and discussing treatment plans Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask Professional appearance and demeanor.
