Passionate Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA/DA) Wanted! Piedmont Pediatric Dentistry is a small, privately owned pediatric dental practice located in the Oakland Hills. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, dependable, and self-motivated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team environment. What We're Looking For: Current DA or RDA license (required) Prior pediatric and/or private practice experience preferred Dentrix experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to anticipate office and clinical needs without constant supervision Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to patient care Our Practice Environment: Small private pediatric specialty office Modern digital office utilizing Dentrix Collaboration with our remote eAssist administrative team Focus on exceptional patient experiences and long-term relationships with families Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Stipend Retirement/Pension Benefits for eligible full-time employees Immediate Opening We are currently conducting in-person interviews on weekdays and are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
