What You'll Be Doing: Assisting with cosmetic, restorative, implant, and comprehensive dental procedures Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and helping them feel comfortable and confident Taking digital radiographs, photographs, and digital scans Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment Educating patients about treatment and post-operative instructions Managing instruments, sterilization, and infection control protocols Assisting with temporaries, impressions, and laboratory-related procedures Collaborating with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience Helping create a seamless, high-touch experience from start to finish We're looking for someone who: Has a minumum of 4 years Dental Assisting Experience Loves working with people and building genuine relationships Has a positive attitude and a strong team mentality Is detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering high-quality work Communicates professionally and confidently Is dependable, organized, trustworthy and proactive Enjoys learning and growing within their profession Wants to be part of a culture built around service, excellence, and accountability A current Texas RDA license and X-ray certification are required.
