We are looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organized Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with patients, and has a strong understanding of dental scheduling and insurance verification. Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Experience with insurance verification and eligibility Knowledge of dental terminology and administrative procedures Experience with Open Dental software is a plus Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily patient schedules to ensure smooth office flow Confirm, adjust, and optimize appointments to maximize provider productivity Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, text, email, and in-person visits Support providers by maintaining efficient and productive schedules Assist patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance questions, and general inquiries Handle cancellations, reschedules, and urgent requests with professionalism and empathy Manage patient check-in, check-out, paperwork, and payment collection Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and eligibility Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to communicate confidently with patients both in person and over the phone Why Join Us?
