Our office is seeking a professional person for Front Desk position. This job requires a bubbly personality, ability to stay on task and focused. Previous experience in Dental office front desk is necessary. Experience with Dental Insurance companies, Dentrix Software and patient accounts is necessary. You must have dental office experience for this position. Ability to build rapport with patients and proficient with phone and computer use. Must be comfortable discussing treatment with patients, collecting money, and going over patient accounts. Position involves working recall, verifying insurance benefits, and any other duties involved in the day to day operations of the dental practice. Strong organizational skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Great Listener with customer first attitude. This job is a primarily a front desk position. Dental Assisting degree is a plus as well in case you would be needed to help out in the back in case necessary.
