What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and preventive treatments Perform thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and identifying oral health concerns Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized preventive care strategies Capture high-quality digital radiographs while following all safety guidelines and protocols Accurately document patient care, treatment recommendations, and clinical findings using Eaglesoft and other digital systems Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience Maintain the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance Help create a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel respected and cared for What We're Looking For Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing Experience in a general dentistry setting Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, anatomy, and infection control protocols Experience with Eaglesoft or similar electronic dental record systems Excellent communication and patient education skills Compassionate, positive, and team-oriented attitude Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting patient relationships Why Join Our Team?
