Dental Assistant â Full-Time My Smile Dentistry is a privately owned Cosmetic, Implant, and Family Dental practice in Cooper City, FL. We are a small, family-friendly team focused on providing exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a positive, reliable, and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. Schedule Monday â Thursday: 8:45 AM â 5:15 PM Friday: 8:45 AM â 3:15 PM No weekends Responsibilities Four-handed chairside assisting Providing excellent patient care and communication Assisting with treatment presentation and documentation Following OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Supporting a positive team environment As we are a smaller, slower-paced practice, the ideal candidate will also be willing to help with light front desk duties, including: Patient recalls Scheduling appointments Insurance verification Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply; training is available for the right individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and organizational skills Fluent English required Team-oriented and dependable Compensation & Benefits Salary/Hourly pay based on experience Dental benefits If you enjoy working in a friendly, team-oriented office where patient care comes first, we'd love to hear from you!
