Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Plano, TX
Overview: Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and motivated Endodontic Team Leader to support our Plano location. This role is ideal for a skilled dental professional who thrives in a leadership position, is passionate about patient care, and can help drive both clinical excellence and team performance. Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Responsibilities: Lead and support the endodontic team to ensure efficient daily operations Assist the Endodontist during procedures, including root canals and specialty treatments Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and case coordination Mentor and train team members to maintain high clinical standards Ensure compliance with all safety, sterilization, and regulatory protocols Partner with office leadership to achieve production and patient satisfaction goals Support inventory management and ordering of endodontic supplies Qualifications: At least one year of experience as a team lead in a Dental office Experience leading a team Knowledge of dental terminology Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (âPTOâ), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
