Bestica is seeking a Dental Hygienist provide service in support of the Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor in Oak Harbor, WA. SCOPE: As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you’ll deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental services in a professional, mission-focused environment at the Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor, serving active-duty military service members in the Pacific Northwest. Benefits and Details: Medical Vision Life Dental 10 Days PTO 11 Paid Holidays Amazing Work Environment Monday–Friday, 0700–1630 Degree : Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree depending on the program Education: Successful completion of a one of the following dental hygiene program accredited by: Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) American Dental Association (ADA). Experience: 2 years' experience is required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the credentialing instructions License: 1. Healthcare providers must have one current, valid, active, and unrestricted license as a Hygienist. 2. Successfully Pass the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE). In rare circumstances at MTFs in foreign countries, foreign trained RDHs who have not completed the NBDHE can be credentialed on a case-by-case basis based on demonstrated evidence of current competency. 3. NPI (Must Register for one) Certification : Certified in radiography as required by 42 CFR Part 75. Cardiac Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart or American Red Cross U.S. Citizenship : HCWs performing under this contract shall be U.S. citizens. Language : Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate. Physical : Shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract.
