Position Details Part-Time Dental Hygienist Schedule: Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM Additional Opportunity: Occasional Wednesday coverage may be available when one of our hygienists is out on vacation or leave. Compensation: $65–$71 per hour, depending on experience What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive care services Provide professional dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education Take and interpret dental radiographs Develop individualized oral hygiene recommendations and treatment plans Assist in identifying and communicating oral health concerns to patients and the doctor Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient care What We're Looking For Current Washington State Dental Hygiene License Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education abilities Positive, team-oriented attitude Passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health Experience with digital radiography and dental software preferred Ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment New graduates are welcome to apply Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Paid time off Holiday pay Dental care coverage Employee and family dental discount Tuition reimbursement / continuing education support Continuing education opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Why Join Smiles by Steedman?
