Full Time Dental Assistant: Responsibilities included preforming dental prophy cleanings, taking dental x-rays using wall mount or Nomad x-ray machine with a Dexis sensor and imaging plates. Taking 3 D images and Panoramic x-rays. Dental charting with Dentix, creating treatment plans. Assisting the dentist during operative procedures including conscious sedation and general anesthesia. Completing treatment plans. Setting up and cleaning working areas, cleaning and sterilizing dental instruments. Scheduling future check up and cleaning appointments. Assisting Dental Assistant Education Certification, work experience, BLS Certification, Radiology Certification are all preferred, but we are willing to train and certify the right person. Dentrix, Romexis and Dexis knowledge and experience is a plus!! Summary We are looking for a dependable, hard working, positive person to add to our team!
