Overview We are a patient-centered dental practice in Tampa, FL, looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings Take and review digital X-rays in accordance with patient needs Document patient records accurately using practice management software Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Collaborate with the dentist to develop and update patient treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant operatory Qualifications Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license — required Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused work ethic Our mission is to provide patients with the best dental experience.
