Someone hungry to learn, grow, take ownership, and help build the practice in the right direction. - What You Will Do We are looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who can help guide patients from the first phone call to consultation, treatment planning, financial discussion, scheduling, and follow-up. This is not an entry-level position. This is not a basic front desk position. This role involves communication, sales, organization, project management, patient follow-up, and trust-building. Responsibilities include: New patient calls Consultation inquiry follow-up dCOE case organization and communication Cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive consultation support Treatment plan presentation Financial conversations and payment option discussions Follow-up with unscheduled treatment Tracking open cases, leads, and patient communication Coordinating with Dr. Chris and the clinical team Outreach to specialists, facial spas, and local partners during downtime Helping improve systems, communication, and the patient experience - Who We Are Looking For We prefer someone with prior experience in sales, project management, customer service, treatment coordination, hospitality, med spa, dental, or healthcare communication. Dental experience is preferred, but the right person must already understand professionalism, ownership, urgency, organization, and clear communication. We can teach dentistry. We can teach our systems. But we need someone who can step in, learn quickly, and contribute. The right person is warm, confident, organized, and comfortable talking with patients about treatment, cost, scheduling, and next steps. You should understand that sales is not pressure.
