Our office is Out of Network, so we are able to spend time with patients allowing for educational conversations, relationship building and focus on patient needs. We have a supportive, helpful, and highly communicative team! We are a modern facility with technology and well maintained instruments, meticulously clean operatories and patient comforts like massage chairs and nitrous. We offer patients 1 hour Re-Care appts and 1.5 hour new patient appointments. Full or Part Time 401K and Profit Sharing Paid Time off, Holiday pay, Medical insurance if over 30 hours/week Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin Strong adherence to OSHA infection control measures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and assessment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. Utilize Dentrix software for patient documentation and record management. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and general dentistry concepts. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
