A day in the life on any given day at Serenity Smiles you can expect to encounter the following: Arriving at 7:30 am to be ready for 7:40 huddle and to see your first patient at 8 am Caring for patients who who are looking for the best dental care Treating every patient as a unique individual with unique needs Seeing approximately 8-9 patients a day Being responsible for your areas of clinical space, i.e. room setup/breakdown, sterilization, etc. Using all equipment with care and ownership Improving daily essential tasks such as taking quality x rays, and patient care Schedule Monday - Thursday or Monday - Friday (we close at 1:30 pm on Friday's) depending on your preference Office Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm Monday-Friday 8-1:30 You love working in a team environment with a team mentality You thrive when achieving great results You enjoy honest and open communication You love working with patients looking for great dental care You can’t live without continuously challenging yourself You are able to prioritize your workload in an efficient manner You absolutely love making patients feel special You are able to multitask Excellence in customer service drives you You understand the importance of treating others like you want to be treated You demonstrate a positive attitude, self-motivation, organization, and resourcefulness You are driven by solutions and impact This role is not for you if..
