Dental Assistant (NJ X-Ray License Required) R-Smile Dental Care is seeking a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice in Sewell, NJ. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Take digital dental radiographs Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Educate patients on treatment and post-operative instructions Enter clinical notes and maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Ascend Assist with digital impressions and other modern dental technologies as needed Help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications Current NJ Dental Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) License required Dental assisting experience preferred Experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment CPR certification preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off for eligible employees Paid Sick time for eligible employees Employee dental benefits Paid lunch period after successful completion of the probationary period Supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
