Oral-systemic health connection. Clear aligner therapy. Salivary diagnostics & oral microbiome testing. Airway and sleep screening. Exceptional patient experiences. We’re looking for a team member who genuinely enjoys helping people become healthier and more confident. What You’ll Do: Assist chairside during restorative, preventive, and clear aligner procedures. Support and coordinate clear aligner cases, patient education, and follow-up care. Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and scans. Help keep treatment flow smooth, efficient, and organized. Educate patients and reinforce treatment plans and home care. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols. Work collaboratively to create an outstanding patient experience. What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications: California DA or RDA license. Experience with clear aligner therapy (Invisalign or similar preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and patient rapport. Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented. Comfortable with technology and digital workflows.
