As a Dental Assistant at River Valley Dental, you will be much more than a chairside assistant. You will be the vital connection between patient and provider—offering reassurance, explaining procedures, supporting post-operative care, and helping patients feel confident throughout their treatment journey. You'll also play a critical role behind the scenes by maintaining efficient clinical workflows, ensuring sterilization excellence, supporting seamless patient flow, and providing exceptional chairside assistance to our doctors.
