We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday: By Appointment Sunday: Closed Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene services Build rapport with patients and create a welcoming, comfortable experience Review and update medical histories and digital patient records Educate patients on oral health and recommended treatment plans Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Utilize digital charting and imaging technologies Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to clinical standards Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Coordinate patient care and scheduling needs when appropriate Serve as a positive ambassador for the practice through professionalism and relationship-building Support the practice mission of delivering outstanding general, specialty, and cosmetic dental care Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of California Minimum of 3 years of clinical hygiene experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care Experience with digital dentistry and electronic health records Familiarity with CareStack Practice Management Software preferred High School Diploma or GED required What We Offer Competitive Compensation (DOE) Medical Benefits Dental Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Continuing Education Opportunities Professional Uniforms Supportive, Collaborative Team Environment Opportunity to work alongside leading dental specialists in a premier multi-specialty practice About Our Culture At Scripps Center for Dental Care, we believe that exceptional patient care begins with an exceptional team.
