Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for at every visit. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including SRPs and adult prophylaxes. Assist in diagnosis and treatment of dental disease and conditions of the oral cavity, Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews, to tailor treatment plans effectively. Take imaging such as X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies. Support infection control procedures by practicing aseptic techniques and sterilizing dental instruments regularly. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice. Proficiency in dental software systems for documentation review and record keeping. Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, medical coding, and medical terminology relevant to dental care. Knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization processes, and aseptic techniques within a dental setting. Pay: From $400.00 per day Work Location: In person
