Ottosen & Nygard â Wenatchee, WA Proudly supported by Mosaic Dental Collective Ottosen & Nygard a trusted practice supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us in Wenatchee WA and Moses Lake, WA. What Youâll Do Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures including root canals, retreatments, apical surgeries, root amputations, and resorption repairs. Represent the office in a warm and inviting manner which creates a positive marketing environment. Make appointments for surgeries, root canals and follow-up appointments. Follow scheduling guidelines, policy and procedures. Effectively communicate post-op instructions to patients. Educate patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance Help keep the day flowing with a proactive, can-do attitude to implement a smooth, efficient process for all patients. Assist the office manager with chart audits training, scheduling, and supply management Facilities and Janitorial service schedule maintenance checks and report repairs Quarterly audits and insure all OSHA regulations and training is in place Work Schedule: Tue- Fri Requirements High School diploma or GED required Must be able to travel to Moses Lake office X-ray certification desired Must have a current, state specific license or certificate which authorizes the individual to perform job functions in addition to the essential duties, as required by state law (EFDA, RDA, Coronal Polishing, X- Ray). Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered. 3+ years of DA experience preferred Experience using Open Dental software preferred.
