General dental office is currently looking for a full-time, organized and self-sufficient front desk receptionist to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who is able to multi task as well as be energetic, super friendly and reliable. Duties would include but not limited to, answering the phone, and calling patients to scheduling appointments, customer relations, and various related patient care/office duties as required. Friendly and professional patient communication is a must. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in a dental office environment. Pay is based on dental experience, if any. Training will be provided. Citizenship/legal status is required. Software: OpenDental Our office hours are: Monday: 8 am - 7 pm Tuesday: 10 am to 7 pm Wednesday: 8 am to 5 pm Thursday: 8 am - 4 pm Friday: 9 am - 3 pm (twice a month) Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm (once a month) Additional language is a plus.
