Dental Assistant – Naperville Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience) White Oak Family Dental is a modern, patient-centered practice in Naperville committed to delivering high-quality care with compassion, efficiency, and a team-first approach. We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who will assist with chairside and front desk operations. This role will begin at 3 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into 4 days/week for the right candidate. What You’ll Do Clinical Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures (restorative, crowns, hygiene, etc.) Prepare and break down treatment rooms following OSHA and infection control standards Take digital X-rays and impressions Support patient education (post-op instructions, oral hygiene guidance) Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation Front Desk & Patient Experience (Cross-Trained Role) Greet and check patients in/out with professionalism and warmth Verify insurance and review patient benefits Present treatment plans and discuss financial options confidently Schedule appointments strategically to optimize provider productivity Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Who We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years of dental assisting experience preferred CDA certification and general dentistry background a plus Tech-Savvy: Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Oryx) and digital tools (intraoral scanners, digital X-rays) Personality: Friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, highly dependable and team player What we Offer Clear path to additional hours and long-term growth Ongoing CE and training support Modern, tech-forward office environment Supportive, team-oriented culture where your contributions are valued Employee discounts + health insurance options Schedule Start: 3 days/week Growth to 4 days/week No weekends, Mon-Thur 8-5 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Application Question(s): What is your desired hourly minimum?
