Benefits for the Dental Assistant: Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plans Paid Holidays Off Paid Personal Gym membership Uniform Allowance Schedule for the Dental Assistant: Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Requirements and Responsibilities of the Dental Assistant: Minimum of 1 year of prior dental assisting experience required Experience in treatment coordination is a strong plus, though not mandatory Capture, organize, and maintain patient records including clinical photos, CBCT imaging, and intraoral scans Provide chairside support during all dental procedures and assist with accurate chart documentation Prepare patients for treatment and ensure proper dismissal after procedures are completed Maintain OSHA-compliant sterilization and disinfection protocols for all operatories Set up, restock, and organize operatories to ensure readiness for patient care Provide clinical support to hygienists when needed Perform basic in-office lab duties such as pouring models and fabricating Essix retainers Ensure all cleaning and end-of-day room turnover tasks are completed before shift completion Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Gym membership Health insurance Paid time off Uniform allowance Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
