We are currently seeking Clinical Care Assistants to join a unified clinical team supporting the following specialty practices, which partner with Won & Co.: Bear Brook Pediatric Dentistry New Jersey Tongue Tie Center Bear Brook Orthodontics About the Role This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position designed for individuals interested in building a long-term career in healthcare. We provide fully paid, structured training . Support for obtaining required certifications, such as radiograph certification, is offered to team members who demonstrate strong performance and successfully meet training benchmarks. Your Work Environment This role is primarily based within clinical settings in Hoboken , NJ, working directly alongside providers and team members to support patient care and daily clinical operations. Team members may be assigned across locations as needed to support clinical flow and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist providers during clinical procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterilization areas Support efficient patient flow throughout the day Communicate clearly with patients and team members Follow clinical protocols and infection control standards Assist with radiographs and clinical documentation as trained Schedule This is a full-time position , scheduled 5 days per week (Monday through Saturday) Weekdays: Typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM When scheduled to work on Saturday, one weekday will be provided as a day off Compensation $42,000 – $52,000 annually ($20 – $25/hour), based on experience and progression Fully paid, structured training Compensation growth aligned with skill development and advancement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Training & Growth Path All clinical team members, regardless of prior experience, begin with hands-on clinical training to build a strong foundation in patient care and clinical workflow. As training is completed and performance benchmarks are met, there is a structured pathway to grow into: Clinical Operations Coordinator ($52,000 – $58,000): Radiograph certification is required; certification support may be provided upon meeting certain criteria Clinical Operations & Training Manager ($58,000 – $70,000) These roles involve increased responsibility in clinical flow, team coordination, and training of new team members.
