Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Dental Surgery (DDS) who owns their own dental practice to join our dynamic team. Examiner Requirements Must be a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Dental Surgery (DDS) Job Description: 20-minute Oral and Dental DBQ and/or 30-minute Temporomandibular Disorders DBQ plus Medical Opinion Provider must be able to perform: Oral and Dental Conditions Exam, Including Mouth, Lips and Tongue Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Conditions (requires Range of Motion testing) - (These are rare but can be scheduled) Examination Requirements : OWN OFFICE IS REQUIRED within 50 miles of location. Must have dentist chair available Must have dental mirrors available. Complete a thorough review of Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ’s). User-friendly software, a dedicated provider support system, up front training, and expert report guidance. Must be able to perform evaluations in a timely manner. There is no treatment, follow-up, diagnosis, or prescription of medications. Benefits: · Flexibility, set your own schedule (7 days a week, yes even weekends are a possibility!)
