Dental Hygienist We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our established fee-for-service practice. Schedule Monday 8AM-5PM (Wilmette Office) Tuesday 7:30AM-5:00PM (Glenview office) Clinical Philosophy & Appointment Structure We prioritize quality care and provide ample time for patient education, assessment, and treatment: 60-minute recall appointments 90-minute new patient appointments, including: Comprehensive exam and full-mouth radiographs (FMX) with the doctor first annual periodontal charting DBW every year and FMX/PANO every three years FL varnish is offered to every patient Compensation We offer a guaranteed minimum hourly rate plus 27% of gross hygiene production. Our hygiene fees are among the highest in the area, ranking within the top 5% of ADA fee survey benchmarks, providing strong earning potential for the right candidate.
