Job Summary Valley Family Dental is a growing, multi-location dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly, patient-focused environment. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, and can stay organized in a fast-paced dental setting. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important for this role. Pediatric and orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to work with the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team. What You’ll Be Doing Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Seat and prepare patients for treatment Take digital X-rays and assist with exams Set up and break down treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Take 3D scans and assist with advanced dental technology when needed Provide post-operative instructions to patients Accurately chart and manage patient records using dental software Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Support a positive patient experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For Registered Dental Assistant preferred Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized in a busy clinical setting Willingness to learn and take direction Pediatric and orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance About Valley Family Dental Valley Family Dental is proud to serve patients across our Roland, Oklahoma and Fort Smith, Arkansas locations.
