Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Redmond, OR
Caldera Dental Group is an established multi-doctor practice seeking an experienced, talented individual who is team oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys building others up while serving patient's needs. We are seeking someone who loves working in dentistry and has experience! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of chair-side experience, and a strong preference will be placed for EFDA applicants. Assistants lacking an EFDA certification will be asked to completed EFDA training within 120 days of hire. We complete a variety of procedures including full-mouth reconstruction, cosmetics, removable prosthetics, simple crown/bridge, direct restorations, and some pediatric dentistry. The ideal candidate should be versed in all and an expert in some! We strive for excellent clinical care in all we do! What We Need From You: Perform clinical duties directed toward patient care Work with multiple doctors to perform clinical procedures addressed in the scope above. Expert clinical care is expected Work effectively and efficiently to maximize scheduling for our providers and our patients Work within a team to assist with hygiene and sterile procedures Follow HIPAA and support patients in their treatments Perform all duties in conjunction with accepted professional dental practices and standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform patient assessments and document medical information accurately Job Types: Full time Pay: $24-30/hour - DOE Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm Note: Dental Assistant certification is required for this position.
