Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Spencer, IN
We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. New graduates as well as experienced hygienists are welcome to apply. Full-time or part-time is available. This is a privately owned dental practice with a Mon-Th 8-5:30 schedule. Benefits include: Paid holidays/paid time off, continuing education opportunities, 401k/Profit sharing plan. Responsibilities/requirements Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination Sterilize dental instruments properly Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance and SRPs Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques) Take X-rays Maintain documentation and charts on each patient Have an active dental hygienist license Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Retirement plan License/Certification: Dental Hygienist License (Required) Work Location: In person
