Part-time hours with potential for full-time 4 days) Compensation: up to $37 per hour (based on experience) Retirement plan matching Supportive, experienced, and friendly team with no production pressure Low-stress, easy going office Uniform allowance License renewal reimbursement Your Role: Deliver thorough, gentle hygiene care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, x-rays, and oral health education Build trusting relationships with patients and help them achieve better long-term oral health Administer local anesthetic for infrequent SRP appointments Maintain accurate patient records and health histories Uphold the highest standards of infection control and sterilization protocols Strong focus on teamwork, patient care, and clinical excellence Work closely with doctor, hygienists, and the front office team What We’re Looking For: Valid Dental Hygienist license in Indiana 1+ year of clinical hygiene experience preferred, but not required Experience with digital x-rays and digital practice software Valid X-ray certification Valid CPR certification Valid local anesthetic permit Knowledge of HIPAA, sterilizing techniques, OHSA, and dental anatomy Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care Team player who values a respectful workplace and takes initiative If you’re a compassionate hygienist who wants to practice in a small-town setting where your work is truly valued and patient well-being is the top priority, we encourage you to apply.
