About the Role Part-time position: 2 days per week Days may vary based on the office schedule Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Support patients and families throughout their visits Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical space Occasionally assist with office content creation (yes—TikTok, Reels, behind-the-scenes moments!) What We’re Looking For Prior dental or orthodontic experience is NOT required — we’re happy to train the right person Experience is a plus and will be reflected in compensation A positive, friendly, and reliable team player Comfortable interacting with kids, teens, and parents Comfortable in front of and behind the camera (our office is very active on social media!)
